Stunning architectural design a true luxury Mexican beachfront hacienda. Located on the beautiful Fatima Bay, in Puerto Aventuras. This villa has 14 bedrooms – 8 ensuite bedrooms in the main villa and 6 ensuite bedrooms in the 3 other wings of the villa. All bedroom suites are air conditioned.

Hacienda Magica is a one of a kind villa. It retains the hacienda charm but mixes it with the latest in modern luxury amenities. The villa have a full size tennis court and an ocean front gymnasium,  and putting greens around the pool area.

One would think that this is the perfect villa rental for a guys getaway or a very sporty bunch, and your correct. The villa though is more than that. There is a beautiful beach, and pool area, to hang out and play, go swimming or enjoy the stand up paddle boards for use. For the digital nomad or our favorite workaholics  there is a small little office den, wireless internet and printing in the main office can be done upon request.

The bedrooms are spread out in a way that allows for privacy and add to the fact they that are havens of relaxation, great places to find your bliss.

The interior dining courtyard is inspiring in its beauty with cobble stone floor, a fountain, round tables and a little sofa hide away. It is also and a great place for small events that looks right over the book onto the ocean.

The interior area has a lounge with a large flat screen, for those who need to catch up on the latest events in the world or just enjoy great sports events, which for every ones enjoyment is located next to a super cute built in bar area for your enjoyment. It’s not just about the Margaritas, the morning smoothies in Mexico are scrumptious!

There is a butler onsite and staff at your disposal for all the services you may desire. Food, Alcohol, and Shopping are not included in the fees of this villa, please ask us for villa menus. Bartenders can be hired upon request.

Telephones for guest use, (Vonage phone for free calls to the USA and Canada & telephone for local calls), Bath and Beach Towels and Photocopier and fax (upon request), Crib and high chair on request.

Nearby there is a full service Marina, Shops, Fishing, Diving, Parasailing, Golf and Tennis.

You can combine this Hacienda with next door Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Magica for large groups and special events up to 78 -80 guests.

Hacienda Del Mar/Holiday Stays (Christmas/New Year) – $95,000 USD + 19% tax per ( This is an all inclusive stay please inquire)

CONDITIONS & DETAILS

  • Occupancy: 28 guests in 14 suites – The Hacienda Magica may accommodate up to 30 guests – please inquire for larger groups).
  • Rates are in US Dollars.
  • Please add 19% tax to rates if necessary
  • Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. Above 2 guests per room please add $71 USD per night plus 19% tax (please inquire for holiday rate additional guests). Infants 3 years and above are included in the head count.
  • The minimum rental is 7 suites. (Christmas and New Year stays include all suites at the Hacienda rented).
  • Reservations are Saturday to Saturday. There is a 7 night minimum stay. Fewer nights or different arrival days may be possible but please confirm.
  • Gourmet Chef Services offered for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Guests may choose an All Inclusive Meal plan with food & soft drinks (additional cost) or guests may elect to pay for groceries plus shopping fee. Alcoholic beverages are an additional cost – guests pay cost plus shopping fee. Bar plans available, please inquire. Only our inhouse chefs are permitted at the Haciendas.
  • Butler Services for 6 hours a day are included (additional hours may be arranged – please inquire).
  • Christmas and New Year Bookings include a VIP All Inclusive package, consisting of Gourmet Chef, Butler, Concierge, airport transfer (1 round trip for the group arriving at the same time). Food and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (national brands) are included in the rate (excluding top shelf alcohol and certain specialty foods, caviar, fois gras etc).
  • Hacienda Estate bookings for Hacienda Del Mar, Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Magica please inquire.
  • Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
  • Check in is 3 pm and Check out is 10 am. If you will require late check out you may consider renting a further night.
  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
  • Under Puerto Aventuras Bylaws Music is permitted until 11pm.
