This colonial style beachfront villa is located in the marina community of Puerto Aventuras Mexico, The garden is situated in the shape of a large heart and the motif is carried in subtle touched throughout the home. There is a large central courtyard perfect for events, activities or just gathering the group prior to activities. Entering the home you have a super cool game room with pool table, video game machines, satellite television, its the perfect place to keep young guests and the men in your group happy. We also have a small enclosed lounge with two sofas and a television. This room is perfect for catching up with work, family movies , or just chit chatting with friends. A large kitchen with staff is and a large lounge with an inlaid bar that looks up the pool and stunning views of the Caribbean ocean. There is also first floor bedroom perfect that can sleep up to 4 people and is the perfect room for the guests who do not want to climb stairs..
The second floor has bedrooms that wrap around the courtyard, with three large suites that are ocean facing, with a small balcony that leads outside. Come take a look at the pictures and be impressed.

CONDITIONS & DETAILS
- Occupancy: 20 guests in 10 suites – (The Hacienda Corazon may accommodate up to 29 guests – please inquire for larger groups).
- Rates are in US Dollars.
- Please add 19% tax to rates.
- Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.
- Above 2 guests per room please add $71 USD per night plus 19% tax (please inquire for holiday rate additional guests). Infants 3 years and above are included in the head count.
- Price is per villa (if you will take 2 villas x price by 2, if you will take 3 villas x by 3)
- There is a minimum 7 bedrooms stay requirement. Fewer nights or different arrival days may be possible but please confirm.
- Reservations are Saturday to Saturday. There is a 7 night minimum stay. Fewer nights or different arrival days may be possible but please confirm.
- Gourmet Chef Services offered for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Guests pay a price per person per day for the meal plan (includes food and soft drinks). Alcoholic beverages are an additional cost – guests pay cost plus shopping fee. Bar plans available, please inquire.
- Only our in house chefs are permitted at the Haciendas.
- Butler Services for 6 hours a day are included (additional hours may be arranged – please inquire).
- Christmas and New Year Bookings include a VIP All Inclusive package, consisting of Gourmet Chef, Butler, Concierge, airport transfer (1 round trip for the group arriving at the same time). Food and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (national brands) are included in the rate (excluding top shelf alcohol and certain specialty foods, caviar, fois gras etc).
